Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. Grades: ingénieur, ingénieur principal or ingénieur hors classe in the territorial civil service. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant applies.

Diploma: Engineering degree or equivalent in the water field
Experience: At least 5 years in works design management

- Able to write technical reports and size a sanitation system.
- Knows sanitation rules and public procurement.
- Able to work in a team, lead groups and negotiate.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
