Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person without a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of how local authorities work.
- Sense of public service.
- Knowledge of and good relations with internal and external partners.
- Ability to create and develop tools.
- Good computer skills.
- Good written and spoken communication.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Base of 35 hours a week.
- Opening hours of the youth information point: Monday to Saturday.
- Remote work not possible.
- IJ training to be completed within the year after hiring.
