- Use desktop publishing software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro).
- Know video editing and animation software (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Know page layout and colour management.
- Know the principles of print communication and the graphic charter.
- Know the steps of the graphic production chain.
- Do photo shoots and photo retouching.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
