Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Know Adobe software (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere).
- Have knowledge of graphic design, typography and print production.
- Be rigorous and pay attention to detail.
- Be able to meet deadlines and approve proofs (BAT).
- Be creative, responsive, autonomous and discreet.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 13 (Closes in 16 days)
Apply through the employer's website, starting from the official offer on Choisir le Service Public. You can also send your cover letter and CV by post to the President of the Communauté de Communes du Ternois.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- The job is vacant from 1 January 2027.
- Category C, Adjoint administratif grade.
- A contract worker's contract is limited to 3 years, renewable up to 6 years in total.
