- Skills in graphic communication and journalistic writing.
- Good command of DTP, graphic design and layout software.
- Skills in photo and video shooting.
- Knowledge of digital communication tools.
- Rigour, autonomy and creativity.
- Awareness of local government operations and image rights.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
