Diploma: Bachelor's degree (level 6) or equivalent
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of children, teenagers and the school system.
- Knowledge of hygiene, safety and health law rules.
- Ability to work in a team and give advice.
- Rigour, autonomy and good people skills.
- Good listening skills and ability to adapt.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- A driving licence and a car are needed to travel between schools.
- Mileage allowances are paid under the academy rules.
- Remote work is not possible.
- Occasional missions possible in the three middle schools and the local high school, on request.
