- Use IT tools (Octime, DPU, Intranet).
- Know how to use the restraint equipment provided.
- Adapt communication for people who do not speak.
- Show maturity and keep a suitable professional distance.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
