Civil servants and contract staff can apply. Civil servants can be hired by secondment (détachement).

The profile they look for:
- Analyse patients' clinical situations and evaluate their care.
- Make complex decisions in line with ethics and the professional code of conduct.
- Work in a multidisciplinary team and lead meetings.
- Know the health system and health insurance funding rules.
- Use IT tools and software for patient follow-up.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
