Diploma: Nursing state diploma (IDE)
The profile they look for:
- Holds the French state nursing diploma (IDE).
- Plans shifts when the IDEC and site manager are absent.
- Knows medical confidentiality and age-related illnesses.
- Knows the rules for local authorities and social and medical facilities (ESMS).
- Good organisation, rigour and handling of emergencies.
- Listens well, shows empathy, is discreet and works in a team.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Remote work is not possible.
