Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A contract worker may be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category A (executive)
Experience: Experienced level. Nursing home experience preferred.
The profile they look for:
- Technical and interpersonal skills, with kindness towards residents.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Analysis and organisation skills.
- Ability to raise alerts and pass on information.
- Nursing home (Ehpad) experience preferred.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website, or send your application by post or by email to the residence, addressed to the President of the CCAS.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Full time, daily working span stated as 7h80.
- One weekend out of three.
- No remote work.
