Category: Category A (executive)
The profile they look for:
- Be able to adapt to older people who sometimes have behaviour disorders.
- Show good care practices and take account of older people's vulnerability.
- Be able to coordinate and organise activities and care.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Night work from 9pm to 7am, 32h30 per week.
- Rest days are variable.
- 6 RTT days per year (solidarity day to deduct).
- 25 days of annual leave, plus 2 off-season days and one split-leave day if eligible.
