  • Good skills with office software and maintenance management software (CMMS)
  • Organised, rigorous and autonomous

  • Plan and coordinate maintenance and renovation works
  • Follow contractors and check the quality of works
  • Ensure the technical safety and compliance of buildings
  • Help prepare the maintenance budget
