Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. The job is open to the grades of technician, principal technician 2nd class and principal technician 1st class.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Higher education, Bac +2 to Bac +5, in building, civil engineering or public works
Experience: Experience in property maintenance, site management or asset management
The profile they look for:
- Solid technical knowledge of all building trades.
- Good command of construction, safety and accessibility rules.
- Ability to write technical documents for public tenders.
- Organised, rigorous and responsive, able to handle several files at once.
- Good analytical skills and ability to work with many contacts.
- Driving licence (permis B) required for travel.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
