Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. For contract staff, French nationality is required.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
The profile they look for:
- Reference grade: SACN or SACS.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 31 (Closes in 60 days)
Submit your application on the employer site MOB-MI, by clicking « Postuler sur le site employeur » from the official offer. You can also tell the recruiter you are interested by phone or email.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Remote work possible.
- Move planned to Saint-Denis (93) from late 2026 or in 2027.
