Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A contract agent can be hired because no civil servant application has succeeded. The job is open to category C and writer grades.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Confirmed experience required in the civil service, preferably local government
The profile they look for:
- Experience in a similar job, preferably in local government
- Knowledge of local civil service rules
- Analytical and reflective skills
- Good command of Word, Excel and Outlook
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
