Open to permanent civil servants and contract staff. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly for this entry-level category C grade.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer’s website, using the link on the offer. Permanent civil servants can upload their file directly online on the offer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work possible after 6 months in the job.
- Post vacant from 01/01/2027.
- A one-year fixed-term contract may be offered to non-civil servants.
