Civil servants of category A and B (by transfer or secondment) and contract agents can apply. No other condition is stated.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Baccalaureate level, in finance, accounting or management.
Experience: Beginners accepted.
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of secretarial and administrative management methods.
- Ability to follow procedures and apply regulations.
- Good command of common office software.
- Ability to work in a team and set priorities.
- Respect confidentiality and report on your work.
- Spoken English at level A2 or higher.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
