Experience: At least 3 years
The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of administrative, financial and accounting rules.
- Knowledge of how higher education institutions are organised.
- Able to use Sifac+, Pack Office and Teams.
- Able to write information notes.
- Rigorous, available and responsive.
- Able to respect data confidentiality.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
