Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of public accounting and public finance rules
- Ciril finances software skills (required)
- Word and Excel skills
- Rigour, discretion, availability and sense of organisation
- Works on their own and can set priorities
- Knowledge of public contracts is a plus
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
