Civil servants in the grades of Technicien, Technicien principal 1st class or 2nd class, and contract agents.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Technical baccalauréat
The profile they look for:
- Territorial technician (titulaire), or failing that a contract agent with a technical baccalauréat
- Interest in the energy use of buildings
- Basic knowledge of administrative rules (budget, public procurement)
- Good skills in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Taste for processing and analysing data
- Good listening skills, teaching ability and teamwork
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
