Open to civil servants (by transfer or aptitude list) and, if none applies, to contract staff. A contract agent can be hired if no civil servant applies. No competitive exam is needed.

- Training in human resources.
- Good knowledge of the civil service rules for local government.
- Strong computer skills and use of the HR software CIRIL.
- Rigour, method and autonomy in work.
- Professional discretion and good interpersonal skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
