Open to any qualified candidate, civil servant or not. A non-civil servant would be hired as a contract worker, after no suitable civil servant applies.

Experience: Not stated. Experience in transport regulation or accounting is a plus.

- Knowledge of national transport rules and rules for entering the profession.
- Basic accounting and knowledge of company law.
- Rigour, method, and ability to analyse and summarise.
- Good listening skills and clear answers for the public.
- Good writing skills and office software skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
