The profile they look for:
- Basic knowledge of public accounting and public procurement.
- Knowledge of the GBCP decree.
- Good skills in Word, Excel and the SIFAC expenditure and consultation modules.
- Versatility, responsiveness, method and rigour.
- Good spoken and written communication, good spelling.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
