Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: Baccalaureate level
The profile they look for:
- Know the French public procurement code well
- Have knowledge of administrative law
- Use electronic procurement platforms and business software
- Handle several procedures at the same time
- Be rigorous and well organised
- Have analytical and summary skills
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
