Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Bac+3 related to public procurement and purchasing
Experience: Similar experience wanted (training may be possible)

- Bac+3 related to public procurement and purchasing.
- Knowledge of public procurement rules.
- Knowledge of the legal framework for local authorities.
- Legal writing skills.
- Handling several files at the same time.
- Discretion, rigour, initiative and teamwork.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
