Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person without a civil service exam can be hired, because the entry grade of category C allows direct recruitment.

- Knowledge of urban planning and land affairs.
- Good office software skills.
- Follows standards and work instructions.
- Able to organise their time and report to their manager.
- Good writing and speaking skills.
- Public service ethos, good listening and dialogue.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Working time of 35h40 per week, Monday to Friday.
- Pay: basic salary, bonus scheme and a 13th month.
- Remote work: no.
- No team management.
