Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who is not a civil servant can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: Training in hotel and catering, such as a Bac Pro

- Training in hotel and catering, such as a Bac Pro.
- Know the Egalim law and the rules for unpacking and destocking perishable products.
- Good computer skills.
- Good people skills and a taste for negotiation.
- Discreet, reserved, and with a sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Hours: 8:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday, which is 36 hours 40 minutes per week.
- A contract agent can be hired while waiting for a civil servant to be recruited.
