Diploma: Bac, BTS or higher in catering, hotel management, economics, or any related degree
Experience: Similar experience is wanted.
The profile they look for:
- Bac minimum in catering, hotel management or economics.
- Knowledge of the HACCP method and the Egalim law.
- Knowledge of collective catering and balanced nutrition.
- Ability to lead, coach and unite a team.
- Driving licence B required.
- Good command of office software.
2 Résumé and cover letter
