Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person without a civil service exam can be hired, because the post is open at an entry grade of category C.

The profile they look for:
- Master financial analysis tools and ESMS pricing.
- Know the laws on ESMS and the administrative and financial procedures.
- Use office and business software well.
- Negotiate within strict rules and budget limits.
- Show rigour, good organisation and good listening skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Driving licence B required and frequent travel across the territory.
- Job grades: territorial writers (category B) and territorial administrative assistants (category C).
