Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service exam can be hired at an entry grade of category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of local authorities and public procurement.
- Knowledge of public procurement procedures.
- Knowledge of the national road network and road-related purchasing.
- Good skills in office software and specialised procurement applications.
- Rigour, discretion and ability to work in a team.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
