Open to civil servants of the rédacteurs territoriaux job group (category B) and to contract staff. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Bac+2 in accounting, management or local finance
Experience: At least 3 years in a similar job
The profile they look for:
- Know local public finance and the M57 accounting rules
- Know the FCTVA and public contract financial execution
- Master AP/CP tracking and analysis of budget gaps
- Master Word and Excel
- Know Chorus Pro, Hélios, PES or ASAP tools
- Show rigour and autonomy
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer

- Two possible sites: Troyes or Éclaron-Braucourt-Sainte-Livière
- Knowledge of Civil Net Finances (CIRIL) is desired
