Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person without a civil service competition can be hired, because the entry grade is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Experience in public accounting and the M14, M4, M43, M49, M22, M57 rules.
- Experience managing the execution of public contracts.
- Knowledge of the CHORUS tool expected.
- Good command of office software.
- Rigour, teaching skills and discretion.
- Good listening and people skills; CIVIL FINANCES is a plus.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
