Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired, because one of the grades offered is an entry grade in category C that allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Training in accounting, management or finance
Experience: Not stated; a first experience in budget and accounting work in a local authority is appreciated
The profile they look for:
- Know public accounting rules, including the M57
- Master budget and accounting procedures
- Use business software and Excel at an advanced level
- Know the rules for executing public contracts
- Show rigour, discretion, method and a sense of public service
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
