Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired, because the entry grade in category C allows direct recruitment.

Experience: Confirmed level. Administrative experience, especially in local government, is appreciated. Beginners accepted if conditions are met.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
