- Be a civil servant of the local public service or have similar experience
- Know how local authorities work
- Know food hygiene rules and the HACCP method
- Use Word, Excel and Fusion
- Have management skills and a good sense of teamwork
- Be organised, available and quick to react
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
