Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Welcome users with a smile.
- Know the rules for cleaning, hygiene and safety.
- Be able to write simple administrative documents.
- Show rigour, organisation and punctuality.
- Be able to work in a team with different people.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website, or send your CV and cover letter by email or by post to the town hall.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- On-call duty is made up for by a service flat, on-call allowances, or time off in lieu.
- Wearing the work uniform and protective equipment is compulsory.
- Work is organised around a schedule.
- The post is vacant from 1 January 2027.
