Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not won a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Send your cover letter and CV to the employer, at the address given in the offer. You can also apply on the employer's website, through the link on the official offer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
