Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the entry grade is category C.

The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of the internal rules for ERP buildings (public venues).
- Command of security and control systems in a sports facility.
- First aid training.
- Skill in mediation and conflict management.
- Independence, initiative and rigour.
- Electrical certifications appreciated.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
