- Have a sense of public service
- Be rigorous
- Have strong interpersonal skills (mastery level)
- Be able to analyse

- Know cross-border regulations (to be acquired)
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- 2/2/3 cycle with weekend, public holiday and night work. A night allowance applies.
- Uniform (high-visibility vest) provided by the administration.
