Civil servants must hold an equivalent grade (attaché for an IFiP). Non-civil servants can also apply; their pay depends on their diploma and experience.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Bac+3 minimum in a science, technical or IT field
Experience: Confirmed experience
The profile they look for:
- Degree of at least bac+3 in a science, technical or IT field.
- Confirmed experience in data analysis, development or scripting (Python, SQL).
- Good knowledge of generative AI and AI agents.
- Able to explain to a non-technical audience.
- Teaching skills, comfortable speaking, already has led workshops.
- Knowledge of the DGFiP or successful experience in public administration.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Category A (managerial) job, with no management duties.
