Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents. A person without a civil service exam can be hired, because the entry grade in category C allows direct recruitment.

Diploma: Initial training in plumbing or pipe laying
The profile they look for:

- Basic mechanics skills.
- Category C driving licence (heavy goods vehicles) required.
- Driving authorisations and CACES level 4 certificate.
2 Résumé and cover letter
