Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the entry grade allows this.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 4 (Closes in 7 days)
Apply on the employer's website linked from the official offer. You need to send a CV and a cover letter.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Grade category C, no staff management.
- Possible grades: adjoint technique, adjoint technique principal 2nd or 1st class.
- Position vacant from 1 December 2026.
