Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff (contractuels) can apply. For a civil servant, the form must include the opinion of their line manager.
Category: Category B (intermediate)

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 31 (Closes in 60 days)
Apply on the employer's website named in the offer. Attach the mobility form, completed and signed, using the Interior Ministry link given in the offer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Discretion required because of the nature of the job; office spread over two sites
