Diploma: Higher education in law, bac+3 minimum
The profile they look for:
- Expertise in territorial civil service law
- Good knowledge of how local authorities work
- Ability to research and analyse legal questions
- Knowledge of GDPR and the French data protection law
- Excellent communication and ability to explain simply
- Rigour and discretion
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 8 (Closes in 7 days)

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Workplace: community town hall in Laval.
- Working time: 37h over 4.5 days with 11 RTT days, or 39h over 5 days with 22 RTT days.
- Jury interview planned on 20 November 2026, in the morning.
