Diploma: Master (bac+5) in public finance or equivalent, or the title of Attaché principal or Administrateur de la fonction publique
Experience: Significant experience in financial management of projects in a local authority or consultancy, and in wastewater project management

- Good relationship, listening and negotiation skills
- Category B driving licence required for frequent travel
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
