The profile they look for:
- Master quantitative evaluation techniques and how to apply them.
- Know a programming language (R, SAS, Python, SQL).
- Have knowledge of statistical methods and data science.
- Show strong analysis and synthesis skills.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
