Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: State diploma as nurse, early childhood educator or specialised educator.
The profile they look for:
- Know older people, their conditions and related law.
- Be able to assess the level of autonomy with the AGGIR grid.
- Be able to lead interviews and draw up a support plan.
- Respect professional secrecy, neutrality and non-judgement.
- Be able to work with internal and external partners.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
