Diploma: State diploma as a nurse, early childhood educator or specialised educator
The profile they look for:
- Know older people, their conditions and the related health and social law.
- Be able to assess the level of autonomy using the AGGIR grid.
- Be able to conduct interviews and listen without judging.
- Be able to respect professional secrecy and deadlines.
- Be able to work with internal and external partners.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
