Diploma: State diploma as a social worker, economic and family adviser, or nurse

- Knowledge of aid for older people and the rules that apply.
- Knowledge of ageing, dependency and staying at home.
- Good interview and listening skills.
- Good command of the AGGIR grid.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
