The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of psychiatry and psycho-social rehabilitation.
- Therapeutic relationship, active listening and kindness.
- Ability to handle crisis or agitation situations.
- Teamwork and clear communication.
- Public service mindset and driving licence (permis B).
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Driving licence (permis B) required and mobility across the psychiatry A units.
- Position vacant from 1 September 2026.
